Flow Fasting (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect only the information you provide directly: your name, cycle data (period start dates, cycle length, period length), symptom logs, fasting logs, and weight entries. This data is stored locally on your device.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to personalise your experience within the app — calculating your cycle phase, fasting windows, and generating insights. We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage
All personal health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted on-device storage. We do not operate servers that store your health information. If you delete the app, all your data is deleted with it.
In-App Purchases
Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store or process payment information directly.
Children’s Privacy
Flow Fasting is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your Rights
You may delete all your data at any time by deleting the app. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, including PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act).
